hi all,got a bitumen covered floor to price,its well aplied and not loose or damaged and currently has carpet tiles poorly stuck to it which will be coming up

dont want to really go to the lengths of levelling it if i dont need to for cost is a neat cement mixed with primer e=nough to brush on first or would you advise slc over it
