"If using mosaic tiles they should be no smaller than 50mm square. Do not use mosaic tiles if the tray area is going to be subject to high localised point loads, such as wheelchair usage. I got the showerlay and marmox board delivered, it is clear to me that i cant use my flat pebbles on it.
i called marmox, they admitted that it is wrong information in that leaflet/pdf above. their advise is to cover the showerlay and board with a 2 mm tile adhesive ,let it set for 24h then tile it. but i dont think that would be a bulletproof solution, my suggestion is to cover the lot with 4mm ply sealed and installed with tile adhesive. they agreed that this would work.
