Any one else been affected by this pesky bloody snow..?

Phoned the builder and the dales was snow bound and cars abandoned all over he said..

I do not need these delays leading up to xmas..:mad2:

I was at my job at 7 this morning...... plumber and sparky cancelled, so can't do rip-out. No skip or delivery coming from Porcelanosa. I've now lost a day i don't have in the run up to christmas, so it's gonna be later nights for me. Roll on the 23rd.......:mad2:

im the same got 4 bathrooms and a kitchen all in north berwick to do,lost saturday as well due to snow and road closed,now the delivery could be cancelled so ill probably lose 4 days pain in the rear

Dave, how much did you get in Durham?

Not as much as you get rob, but around a foot deep in some places now.. but because the area's are so hilly then we cannot get up them.:lol:

we had just a slight dusting in Stoke but the temps dropped bad and made most of the side roads a skating rink. the sun is managing to thaw a lot of the untreated roads now. white roof tops and chimney stacks smoking but nothing stopping any of us getting to work, shame!
