We've had loads more snow during the night and most of today. Roads looking quite dodgy now.

Well.. stuff it.. i finished early and have gone and got some snow tyres fitted..

Got up into the dales this morning and about a foot of snow and found it difficult to get in.. So snow tyres on and no probs... Let it snow let it snow..:lol:

Proper windy blowy snow blizzard up here in the Staffordshire Moorlands now. Will have to use all the A roads to get home rather than over the country lanes.

Thanks mate ...lol. Yeah, knew it was coming, not a lot but it bought the site to a near stand still, brickies went home, plasterers didn't turn in, again, I carried on regardless, like the trooper I am........ no work noo pay, good incentive.

Snow has stopped play here, I was up at 4 went and did a survey and 2 site visits, when you cant feel your fingers or toes anymore, its time to send everyone home....(they are all in the pub, but thats their 2nd home).

We're supposed to get a monsoon tomorrow. I'm glad we're above freezing right now!

Main problem: I'm working in a condo, tile saw on the balcony, no where to cut and I hate going into the rain to cut tile.:mad2:

That looks just like the farm yard i had to drive through this morning.. got all the way in then he decides to clear some with loading shovel.. :lol:

These houses are built in a farm yard and the farmer still lives here in the original farmhouse, but he refuses to clear the road out to the main road with one of his many tractors.

He was paid just under million for the land, but fell out with the builder, when he saw what the houses where getting sold for. So now he has nothing to do with any of us, as he thinks we ripped him off.
