So as it seems you all do a lot of latexing / levelling work. What other subfloor prep do you guys carry out personally out of interest?

For instance you walk into a job and customers had a new extension. It’s had a pump screed installed so it’s gypsum (anhydrite) screed.

Scenario 1 - laitance hasn’t been removed
scenario 2- it has been removed

Both scenarios pump screed isn’t quite flat enough to go straight onto.

I can remove the laitence, maybe use gypsum based anhylevel from tilemaster. Basically, whatever is needed.
Perfect prep = perfect finish.
