I have down quite a lot of social housing tiling last year, i was getting £22sqm inc adhesive and grout. Got feed up with it when your slogging your guts out to earn good money, then your taxed at the end of the year to pay for the guy sitting on the settee watching his wide screen tv and watching you work....:furious3:
