If a customer has sockets attached and screwed into the wall,
do you need to ask them to remove the socket faces completely
or leave them on but just hanging, prior to tiling?

Do you tell the customer to deal with this in advance or do you unscrew all the sockets yourself (after switchin off the mains of course) before you tile?

I have never knocked the power off...........just loosen enuff to slide the tile behind. As long as your not daft enuff to stick fingers and the like behind? your not gonna get a zap.

It only makes your hair stand on end anyway..........unless your a slaphead:)

Also, I tend to carry 50mm screws as well. Even got a few 75mm for the laziest git sparkies
