Travertine on chipboard in bathroom 2.5 sq mtrs in a new house.
Thinking of:
Screw boards down.
Overboard with 6mm Hardie or similar.
Fix with Keraquick.

Anyone do it any different?

you'll be fixing the hardie down with the keraquick and screws Richard? that's what I do:thumbsup:

As long as the deflection is ok.. then yep..... might even use a membrane as well.. depending on floor size..

Thanks. Yes fixing the boards with keraquick and screws. I did think of Ditra or similar as well but the floor is only 1750 x 1500 and didn't want to risk losing the job on overkill.

As long as the floor is solid rich.. no probs..

Don't forget the alkaline resistant tape for the board joints..
