Not upside down though, you will find the accuracy drops to 0.75mm/M! Trivial I know but makes for a discussion!
Potentially yes. You need to bear in mind that these figures are tolerances for the product. These levels may well be absolutely spot on either way up, but the manufacturers give themselves a bit of leeway by saying the most they will be out is......??mm/M.So if i am marking a line and after the first metre turn my level upside down for the next metre to compensate for the 0.5mm loss i will over correct by 0.25mm?
