Got a customer who has spilt demestos toilet cleaner on the quartz black tiles I laid and it has dulled an area. Will they need replacing or will a grout remover etc sort them?

There are systems for re-texturing the Quartz materials (ES) but in my experience you have a slim chance to make a repair match the existing surface. Whether that stuff is on a floor, wall, or countertop it is a nightmare to me. The problem is the acrylic binders melt very easily when doing any kind of refinishing. You will need to refinish the whole floor to get it even close to matching and still it will not be the same in all area's. Just plain junk material.
