step tiles

Hopefully one of the guys from tile giant will see this. I need to get hold of some step tiles, I think they are made by Daniel platt but my local shops do not stock them or know about them. They are about 200mmlong by 60mm wide, quarry type tiles. They have some lines on them for grip and have a rounded finish to one edge, any info will much appreciated.

Platts have been out of business for quite a while now. I don't know of any other maufacturer that makes things like these (Ruabon may do).

We do a "Multiversatile" range in a 15x15 that have some raised parts on them for grip. Sadly, they don't come with a RE (Bullnose)

They have and they haven't. They went into administration in Oct '08 but were brought out. They are supposedly starting to produce again (this has been since Jan '09) but as of yet I have seen nothing from them (except a few seconds floating around).

I know our buyer is trying to source quarries but it is proving difficult to find any that are half decent.

Not really Gary although thanks for your help, I want black and a quarry type tile, used to get them from walls and floors in Kettering but they don't do them any longer. thanks for the input.

I used to buy tiles from them by the truckload when I was doing the Fitness First clubs Gary, I rang them last week but they did not have any in, will try again in the morning though.
