Sticky residue on floor tiles

Hello,
A friend has had a marble tiled and sealed floor cleaned by mistake with flash, a while ago, by the wife none the less.

This has left a sticky residue that even after cleaning with water and a mop over a few months doesn't seem to go away.

I'd be grateful for any help on how to remedy the problem.
