stone floor cleaning

I have been thinking about this for a while, setting up a business maintaining and cleaning natural stone, anybody got any leads to training courses etc about this or any thoughts. I have layed loads of stone floors and i know damn well people are not going to look after them, so i thought i would offer a maintenance program to look after there nice natural stone floor.
