This happens quite alot. A firm goes bust then starts up again debt free, often virtually the same business, leaving the suppliers and sub contractors to suffer. It doesn't seem right to me.
 
they use it as a learning curve, going bust, then the next time they exploit it :thumbsup:

Been a strong firm for a lot of years and offered an excellent service for showrooms and pools - just goes to show nobody is 100% safe:yikes:

Good luck to the Taylor family with the Taylor Etc. division they salvaged:thumbsup:
 
They also mention Charles Church and Bellway homes, both were bought out by Persimmons who in turn are in receivership if my memory serves me well.

Thats a blast from the past, done work from a contractor at there houses
