I remember when a 200x250 tiles was massive, now I rarely fix anything below a 600x300......except for bloody metros

Previously I have looked down with disdain at those Loch Boy's, until the other day I needed a hole drilled in a tile and my hole cutters were in the van, so I was looking at a 1/4 mile walk down multiple flights of stairs and up a steep grassy bank back to the van on an airless sunny day...........until another tiler onsite mentioned he had a Lochboy

I started 15 years ago and all we ever tool into a job was a rubi ts 40 in the box of the cutter was all the tools u needed and small portable wetsaw Plasplug if I remember rightly and a couple of levels

I often use my snips to snip out shower trays even sinks and toilets if they cant be removed as long as i have the time just to keep sharp

Miss the old Bal nippers, nothing is as good anymore, tips break too easy.

I have some extra heavy duty ones , had mine ages, was fed up of the ends breaking after a week on cheaper ones

Montolit make some nice nips but I always end up back to the old cheap'o snips from eBay just keep a couple of sets there cheap as chips
