[JLM Tiling]

Hi all, wanting to re write my t&c to cover my butt in this job coming up next month. It's repair work and looking like having to rip out an entire bathroom, most of the bedroom next to it and also the ceilings below etc etc etc just goes on and on! Anyway my terms just aren't up to scratch so was wondering if anyone out there thinks that they have everything covered could you please send me a copy? Basically after the best most over the top t&c going so if you think yours fits the bill could i please nick them! Also think it would be quite interesting to see what people have. Just cos i'm nosy really! Any help would be much appreciated
