A few more pics of the fire/smoke damaged house im working on. This is the kitchen floor that i stripped and left to dry, then applied one coat of sealer. And tmro i will put on final coat of sealer.

Its ok..wil replace with one of yours soon. Floor was stripped with Aquamix sealer & coating remover. That is great stuff.

What did you seal it with?
I'll be honest, i've not laid terracotta for ages, we used to use linseed oil, then traffic, then buffed with a polisher.

I used Klinker oil.
