Terrible tiles - How to fix them?

Hello,

The tiles in our kitchen scratch really easily, we did not lay them and are unsure what type they are or if they were ever sealed. Even my 'office chair' yes... in the kitchen has made a big white mark in a matter of weeks from the wheels.

Can we get the tiles recoloured and sealed? Can I do this myself or pay someone?

See the photos, maybe that will help. Any other suggestions?

Thanks for the pics.....it looks like a limestone with a topical sealer on it and the chair has wore the sealer away...

You can get someone in to strip it back to basics and redo..and also buff out the scratches etc..

Cost can differ and no one will cost it without seeing it..

on the first pic, whats the hairline crack on two tiles, including the crack across the grout?

I don't know - a crack that extends across the grout it seems. Bah! In general the tiles are scratched and look terrible. Here are some more photos....

Total tiled area is 11.3 sqm.

Any thing we could do to spruce them up ans seal them before prospective tenants check the place out?
