i live just outside town centre no fields for miles, was standing in kitchen the other night and heard a right bang against the window,made me jump there stood on the window sill was a dazed pheasant it stood there for a minute then hoped over fence into next doors garden.....

ducks about 4 to 5 days i would but thats just my opinion,,the longer they hang the better the meat,however dougs are prob frozen solid now:smilewinkgrin:
