Don't put pencil behind my ear, so no for me, but it goes in the exact same pocket every time and if it's not there, then someone has stolen it.....

i allways put my pencil behind my ear, can be a pain when you bend down and it falls in the adhesive..

its where i have a pencil behind my ear all day and it still feels like ones there....when there isn't.

bit like if you ware a hat all day and when you take it off it sometimes still feels like you still have a hat on.

I think we're getting it, Andy... :lol: perhaps you should just leave it there anyhow, so you'll be at peace with the pencil issue?

it is the same mechanism that magicians exploit when they press a coin into your hand and then ask you to hold on to the coin. When you open your hand the coin is gone.......similar principal to the taxman and my wages.

I too have a phantom pencil on occasions. It is a nightmare....especially when you want a pencil and you reach for it to find it gone.

You guys need a handbag to keep your pencil in, or a pretty little purse hung over your shoulder, and then you won't have that problem ANY more...

Alright. I will admit it. - When I am doing jobs I wear my reading glasses low on my nose and look over the top most of the time. Often I walk into another room and want to read something and start searching for my specs .... then I realise that they are on my nose and I am looking over thew top of them.
