The Rubi Ti-s tile cutters.

If the rubi cutter looked just like a Sigma or monti in every detail then it would be ripping the design off but it does not look like either fully.. So your statement is bollox and out of order towards rubi..

A few comps have made single rail cutters.. so i suggest you wind your neck in a bit before posting such remarks.

Fellas, wish i had read this before i replaced my TR700s after it got nicked. Replaced it with the new model (i wasnt aware it was new model!) and so far not impressed. they have made it lighter and slimmer, but i think the major downfall is the breaker arms are shorter and now it appears to be struggling to break tiles which it had no problem with before.

i had a go of a Tx900 the other day...mega!!

I'll second that. I'll do a proper review when I've put it through it's paces a bit more. So far, so good.

Stevo where are you in the country? I have a TX900 for sale, used obviously.

Dave ok my statement is abit harsh on rubi after all they do make the best trowels imo and the ts cutters are good when you need to do detailed scoring.
Did speak to a rubi rep on a trade show and asked him at the time if he was going to purchase a cutter which one between a tx or ti he said the tx as it cuts better hence why i ended up with a tx900 which after using a sigma has done nothing but gather dust.
