I'm not saying they're any good, just that in my experience, more of the general public have heard of them rather than the TTA.

That lot are worth diddly....they saw some making good I'd done 20+years ago and offered me membership for a price obviously.

So why arent they (GMC) any good?

They just seem to want memberships Sharon, at the time when they asked me there was no references required, qualifications etc they "may" have changed over the years but not somethink I'll be doing. [MENTION=2157]MissTiler[/MENTION]

Used to many years ago do the plastering for a builder who had the FMB but the only reason he got it was he employed at the time good brickies, once they had finished doing the work his son took over the brickwork...he was still in the FMB but the work was diobolical...OH man, never seen brickwork so bad, major cement snots everywhere on the face bricks and blocks to be plastered.
Stopped working for him in the death....
