couldnt agree more leatherface and im glad you raised that subject its all a learning process little things can make a huge difference and i know customer hate untidy workers i now have loads of dustsheets and a box of cleaning materials.

also youre right if your slightly late stuck in traffic for instance and your running late then call the customer and explain your 10 mins late stuck in traffic etc it goes along way customer care costs nothing and in return could lead to referalls and repeat work

I had an issue yesterday, last day on the job. One of the bath taps was loose :yikes:. It had to be on only the 2nd bath I've put in with taps at the back wall. :mad2:

Fortunately I could get to it and I rectified it. I checked the one next to it as well and asked the client to check it.

It was a nuicance to sort out but sort it out I did. I made sure the customer was happy with it before I progressed with what I had planned that day.

I thought I might have to send a pixie in there LOL.

Not one I would want to have to do again, I had visions of the bath coming out, and I tend to put them in there for good!
