We have a kitchen floor which we believe is Marley thermoplastic tiles bonded with a strong black adhesive onto chipboard sheets. I understand from reading various threads that the tiles probably contain some asbestos. Could we safely leave this in place and overlay with a laminate on a thin underlay?
