scum, that said if people didn't buy it they wouldn't nick it. think on next time someone offer's you a good deal, i am always wary of a really good deal nowadays for this reason.

Really sorry to hear mate. The local police will have number plate recognition cameras dotted around at local major road junctions. If they can pair the appearance of the car with a number plate you should get somewhere. A good friend of mine in the police tells me it's making a big difference to the number of crimes they are solving nowadays

Yeh lol but hes been robbed a few times Sad tho he said he got robbed so started puttin his stuff in his garage and they broke in and took the bluddy lot and now that happend someone muct be out to bankrupt him.

At 9am on the 11th March 2014 the baliffs are coming to knock the door down.

Called Sherrifs Officers in Scotland they will be breaking down the door of our debtor in the morning.

Will there be anything left to Attach a notice to.

(In scotland all they can do is attach a notice to goods - They cant remove them yet)

This is a LONG case and its already cost me £400 in fees to these people.

Fingers crossed for a happy outcome.

Mr Devlin has called to say they have attended at the Defendant's premises to go ahead with the attachment but
unfortunately the premises are empty and shuttered. He has asked if you would wish them to go ahead and try
and force their way into the premises.

If they did that there would be approximately a charge of £200.00 inc
VAT but this is for only 1 roller shutter and if there are no further locks behind the shutters.

Would you wish the Officer to go ahead with this?

I think the Scotish system is a bit iffy. No havent considered a detective. Just enforcers.

Will have to see what forced entry brings...

Have already spent £400 locking his bank accounts

Looks like the end of the road for this one...
They forced entry to find an empty unit.

And they know where he lives but say its not worth the bother.
