I was just putting the last few cuts in a 35 m2 bathroom, 600 x 300 halfbond walls and floors when the builder walks in and says that the client had just emailed the plumber regarding some bits and pieces and said " dont forget to leave out for a border"....:mad2: WHAT BORDER ? No Borders here and first anyone knew about it. Contacted clients dad and he said " Ooops I forgot ! "

Nope Clients dad said it was his fault so its ok. Phew !

I had to pull up 4 tiles fixed with rapid over ditra in the front of the shop!........the builder was overjoied and the client looked across the floor and said .....yeah its great!!!!......but there should have been a mat well there!!!....and that was at 5 to 4!!!!!!.....

NOT ON THE DRAWINGS AT ALL!!!!.......
