hi, what is the absolute thinnest UFH insulation option to be used above a concrete floor with a porcelain tile top floor?

i don't really have enough room for a 6mm insulation board. i thought i could use a 2mm foam insulator but i just realised those have too much 'spring' and thus are unsuitable for use under tiles. (i'm not a tradesman)

thanks,

Thanks Andy, but PCS don't do a 4mm......so no, we don't sell a 4mm.....

That said, I would think the insulation value on a 4mm board (bearing in mind it has cement coating on either side of the board) would be little or no use.....just my opinion and will gladly say I'm wrong.....

You are spot on .. 4mm is a waste... it is more for wall cladding IMHO.
