Well, I know for sure, after doing my course, if I had not found this forum, I deffenetly think I wouldn't have had the know how to start tiling.

Most things from my course ended up being incorrect methods, and or information, like I thought after the course the only difference between tubbed and bagged adhesive was ease of use having ready mixed, :mad2: , like WTF !!!

Basically, there is no better forum on the web to get correct information in the smallest time possible really than right here, and the best bit is, once another person has asked a few dozen or more questions, and has applied what they have learnt on here on jobs they are doing, they then become able to start answering newer people who have only just joined the forums.

So the amount of people that can help others is constantly growing at a rapid rate, which in turn, will slowly help to try and turn the tide of new tradesmen nationwide, setting out on good paying customers jobs in the wrong way, using the wrong gear and methods, and ulitmately doing a bad job through lack of basic knowledge.

I still can't really thank people like Dave, Gaz, Dan, brian and all the others who have helped me to get where I am today through answering every single question I might have ever had , and the thing is, people like this just keep answering the same old questions time and time again to new people constantly joining the forums, where compared to other forums I have seen, people are often told... search the forums, it's been answered a million times already.

Where as here, it will be simply said again
