Tile adhesive remover

I am sure that everyone will tell me that hard work is the answer, but is there such a thing as a tile adhesive remover? We have lifted a tiled floor and the adhesive underneath is difficult to get off in places. Just really wanted to see if there was anything that would make life a little easier.

We are using the usual tools, hammers, mallets and the heavy duty chisel/bolsters, sorry I can't think what they are called!!:mad2:

Just have to persevere.....hard graft but it will come up...

Then you just need to sweep up the mess.:lol:

Being realistic though, try a small breaker with a 50mm chisel attachment. You'll need ear defenders, but certainly quicker and less strenuous than elbow grease. Its what I use under those circumstances.
