Tile cutter which gives least dust

Anyone can advise on which tile cutter I need so least amount of dust is created when using ceramic or porcelain tiles. I will need to cut shapes around sink and toilet bases. Thanks

i use a wet cutter and a pair of nips, draw the shape you need to cut, remove as much of the tile using the wet cutter then finish using the tile nips, using a wet cutter creates no dust but you need to be carefull of water spray...
