I am almost at a point where I am going to start tiling my new bathroom and I am considering what grout gap I should use.
Is there a recommended gap for size of floor tiles or is it just personal preference? I shall be using 430x430 porcelain tiles and I will be putting underfloor heating down onto the sealed/tanked plywood floor. The floor area is around 3m x 2.5m.
I am also incorporating a walk in wet-room type shower.

Thanks.

Normally i go for either a 3mm or 4mm gap, your preference 🙂, lay a few down dry with both size spacers in and see what you like the best...or ask the boss (missus) lol

2mm minimum on the walls and 3mm minimum on the floor. Make sure you don't grout your internal corners. This must be siliconed. Good luck!
