Tile on tile.....

Hi quick question.....
Got a tile on tile job coming up and just wondered what adhesive would be best to use?
Customer has already bought mapei rapid set, will this be ok or will a flex adhesive need to be used?
The tiles are ceramics about 30x30 and the bathroom currently has tile on tile but the top layer of tile is to come off. (customer doesnt want the hassell of starting again even though I've told her it be alot easier and better)

I advise the lot comes off...you will probs pull some away when you start stripping the top layer...customers hey!! they want a top job but not the hassle of it done to top job spec..

im with Dave,it sounds like trouble,maybe educate her/him with h and s issues such as weight ratios of tiles on walls etc.They might change there mind then if they have kids or elderly people living in the house.Just watch this one m8...what tiles are you putting up?its ok i just read thread again 30x30 ceramics.

Thats going to difficult to remove one layer of tiles and try to keep one layer fixed

Customer is totally againt all coming off. which isnt the best.

Ill get a flex adhesive and tell them the mapei rapid set is no good. Thanks for the replies.
