Me and my big mouth saying to my customer " oh yes i could install a flush tiled hatch"

Dave and others for your interest I've just contacted the company that Smirf21 submitted a link to. Aluminium Single Floor Access Cover for pedestrian traffic - 5000 Series from Howe Green

For a aluminium lipped, 500mm x500mm recessed to top section to a depth of 20mm for tiles, starting price £188.00 +vat, extras include keys and Blah blah (forgot what she said) anyway looking at around £250+ for everything you need, +delivery charge.
Takes 7-10 days from order, Oh yes it's the 5000 series that's required

i was totally expecting £500 + so now to inform my customer..
