Go into the arms from the main menu, there is a sticky thread with a link in it with a form to fill in. You will be contacted and have your card posted to you.

I've been into the Lincoln store today and the manager let my little one play with the balloons on their display! Kept her busy while we chose some tiles for the kitchen, good customer service
