Always have used tilemaster self level, always will. Not used there latest quick set so cant comment, sure it will do as it says on the tin, bag wot-ever. Its all good.

if you want your leveler to go of quicker trick i use is add some hot water sets the chem reaction off a bit earlier

had a job from hell in the 80s when we finished we put prawns in the air conditioning ducting. herd the smell was so bad they evacuated the building
