I have a friend whom I can not help out due to work commitments.

He has taken on a project and is running behind.

• The walls have been bonded out perfectly.
• They are to be plastered (my plasterer is trained in my need for good walls) ready for tanking in the wet areas.
• The tiles are ceramic approx. 30m2 (plumbers measurements)
• The floor will need SLC over HBB (glued and screwed, also joists replaced) into the wet area.
• There are two windows and boxing in along windows with toilet hidden cistern.
• This is a council disabled refurb and there is free parking.
