Time's Ran Out

If you intend to work in the private domestic market, direct to the customer, then you do not need any form of qualification other than being registered as a self employed person with Her Majesties Customs and Excise.
If you wish to work for a contractor and ply a trade on building work/sites then apart from that registration you will need NVQ level 2 and site safety certificates.
