The above a very good for floors, the first one is obviously better, but it depends on you budget.

I'm no expert on lasers, but I know that green lasers are easier to see in day light, which is why they cost more.
One of the differences between cheap lasers vs expensive lasers is quite simply accuracy and range.
The model you have shown vs Antonio's
Range - 10 m vs 40m
Accuracy - 0.5mm/m vs 0.2mm/m
The GLL 3 has a dust and splash proof rating of IP54 and it can give 3 x 360 degree lines simultaneously and will find a resting level alot quicker.
Better lasers also have thinner beams which helps with accuracy.
The Dewalt that Marc has also comes with a rechargeable battery, which pays for itself over time also.
You do litterally get what you pay for.
