Hi,
In 2016 we had Polypipe Overlay underfloor heating installed in three different ground floor areas of our house. All areas were professionally tiled, with a decoupling layer (DITRA) between the Overlay and the tiles.
In the last 12 months cracks have appeared in a few of the tiles in one area. My questions are:
1) What has caused the cracks to appear? I suspect movement, as it's a small room with a washing machine.
2) Is it possible to remove the existing tiles and lay new ones on the Polypipe boards? The affected area is small, approximately 2 square metres.
Thanks
BWG
