Just to confirm bodge job was nmp mega strength and bronze screw .
Redone with Hardi and he screwed every hole on the board! so around 35 screws in each one.

But in neither case were the boards fixed to the floorboards with adhesive.

Was corrected by flexible adhesive onto floorboards to level with hardi plus screwed down

Aside from the methods of fixing to hardie backer I think the real worst part of this was his fixing methods of the tiles, not sure what’s gone off there but it’s not good.
