Drains - Falls possibly already catered for, you'll have to go and check.
Membrane - Not necessary
Expansion Joint - Depends on the shape, I'd maybe divide into 2 bays.
Adhesive - Weber Set Plus Rapid ECO or similar
PVA - No :yikes: Use Weber PR360

Thanks Pebbs, for understanding what I am asking for. I must say I am a bit dissapointed with the response iv got on here. So let me explain myself a bit more. The job I am undertaking is for a charity and I am not charging for this job, I am donating my time for free! I usually would not take on a commercial job like this as I mainly stick to domestic work, BUT they are struggling to find someone so they asked me. I am plasterer and carpenter by trade for 15 years, and the past 4 years been fitting kitchens and bathrooms. Only done small domestic tiling jobs, but i have done many. I know my questions seem basic and trivial to most of the guys here, but I want to check every single detail of what is involved in a commercial kitchen and make doubly sure i get it right. If you cant help, thats fine, but if you can give me some good suggestions then i would appreciate it very much!

As tiling isnt your first trade, you might want to use a slow set if the pot life of about 30 mins is too fast for you. Of course this would mean the floor is out of action for a lot longer.

Im ok with rapid set, its the only adhesive i use when tiling floors. I know about epoxy grout, hard to clean when dries, so cover about 1m2 and then clean.. Thanks for the tip..
