Cheers good advise lads so if i wont come off with a normal scraper all i have to do is give it a little steam then try scraping it off again.

What is the rapid se like, does it go on with a trowel like adhesive, how ong does it take to dry

Cant believe ive only charged 180 notes for ten metres of wall and floors of this kitchen, and it good stuff porcelin floor tiles.

Ive quoted so ill have to do it. Im new to tiling so its all learning for me anyway

Cheers for advise anyway

Just done a kitchen today and had to remve existing. Pop the tiles and any plaster that comes away was loose anyway. I used a steam stripper to soften the adhesive and a scraper and did it in notime.

will the Fein Multimaster do the trick, what is this like to work with, ive heard good reviews

James good point if i had tiled it in the last twenty years it would be cement based adhesive (should all be) this is the type of scraper you need Gundlach 100 mm Scraper
