When i went to Canada i bought a book called Stanley Complete Tiling, and it has loads of really good information about designing tile projects, choosing the right materials, planning your tile installation, preparing surfaces for tiling, mastering basic installation techniques, tiling walls and floors, tiling special places like around windows etc. So any new tilers out there this is a really useful book, you can get it on amazon for about £13
