Tiling Cscs Cards - Blue Card Nvq Level 2 For Domestic Jobs Soon

Does anyone know anywhere in the Yorkshire region that does not charge silly money, ie £750 for a experienced tiler to get his NVQ ?
I have a lad who has being tiling 20 years that I need to get, on a NVQ course
