Tiling in a Brand New House - what do you reckon?

The builders are coming back to do the job properly - remove the door liner and replace with a larger liner, then plant a larger architrave on top of the tiles.

Why? Call the chippy to take it off, tile, then call the chippy to put it back on..... unless you're one of those multitrader types who does it all himself....
