tiling kitchen floor

hi i desperatelly need some advice , I have been asked to tile a 12m2 kitchen floor. the problem is i also have to remove the old ceramic tiles . these are laid on a concrete floor. so is there any way of removing old adhesive other than a bolster or a floor scraper. when i hve done this do i need to prime or seal the floor to get a good surface for the new tiles, not sure what she is getting yet, so i have quoted for ceramic and she pays extra for natural stone.

I use a sds drill with hammer action and a wide chisel, If you use one don't forget to cover the fronts of the kitchen units flying debri could scratch the doors and yes once all the adhesive is taken up prime the floor ready for the new tiles, Good luck

I agree, sds drill is the best and quickest way.
