remove kickboards and cut to suit once finished as it gives a much better look,:thumbsup:


mind to cut them from the top as that parts hidden from view and wont be seen if any raggedy *** cutting is done by you lol, nice clean edge down to tiles

if ceramic then prime floor using sbr the standard rapid set, if porcies or stones then prime floor, seal tiles, flexi 1 or 2 part rapid set dependant on choice.

Hi,
If there are any door frames to go around ie into utility room or whatever or its an extension to the original floor area at a door frame point check the levels either side of the frame...the door width may be level where you walk.... but around the frame may have a rise or fall......I have found on many occasions there are different levels here..more than can be accomodated with a little more or less adhesive...and the tile/s will either stick up at a bad angle or have fresh air underneath on other side. Rectified edge tiles (ie trav / porc) will highlight this .
