Tiling my bathroom floor

Well this is my first project and i just need a little bit of advise, im tiling my bathroom floor which is only small its a concrete floor would i need to put a pva base down first and which adhesive is best to use. I was also wondering if its best to take the bath panel off and tile slightly under it.

dont use pva for anything to do with tiling, allways use sbr type primer, use a cement based adhesive, one you mix up yourself, i would go under the bath pannel, looks better, are you removeing the basin and toilet?

Unfortunately the wife does not trust me to take out the toilet so will be making cuts thanks for the advise
