Tiling onto K-rend

Can I tile direct onto K-rend? (Silicon k1).

Would be external with 60x60 porcelain.

Do I need to seal?

Got a customer asking me to tile over Glamrend in the bathroom! Can I find any info on this grrrrrrrr
