Tiling onto Weyrock

Hello All,
I've been to have a look at a bathroom to be tiled approx 3m2, the house is brandnew and the floor is weyrock, and is fixed down secure, do I have to use backerboard on the already secure floor, or could I use a flexi adhesive onto the weyrock without using the backerboard.

Its not advisable to tile onto weyroc boards.. i would advise you use 6mm backer boards and tile with rapid-set flexible adhesive and grout with a flexible grout....bal wide joint grout with bal GT1 is ideal........dave....
